The legal entity responsible for collecting and processing of the personal data of the Patient is BOOKINGDOCTORS™ registered under Cekirge Tax Office No: 1020758308, Bursa, Turkey (referred to across all due files as “us” or “we”).

The Patient hereby understands and accepts that BOOKINGDOCTORS™ legitimately collects his/her information resulting from the voluntary provision of her/his personal data when visiting the BOOKINGDOCTORS™ website, mutual correspondence, phone conversation, postal service and face to face meeting.
This information is voluntarily provided to BOOKINGDOCTORS™ for us to provide a better service and in order to enable us for evaluating, assessing and coming up with the most appropriate solution for the diagnosis and treatment of the Patient.

Relatively, the personal data of the Patient will be processed to meet any of the following requirements:

BOOKINGDOCTORS™ hereby accepts and agrees that the personal data of the Patient shall be stored no longer than the time strictly necessary for the management of our commercial relations with him/her. The Patient has the right to obtain information about whether her/his personal data are transferred to a third country or an international organization. Similarly, the Patient preserves the right to obtain information about appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 GDPR with respect to such transfer of data. BOOKINGDOCTORS™ hereby admits and agrees that the data of the Patient will be collected and process solely on legitimate considerations, as specified at other related texts. BOOKINGDOCTORS™ preserves the right to carry on with this processing if it is required in order to establish, exercise or defend our rights before courts.
11. Portability of your personal data
The Patient preserves the right of portability of his/her personal data entrusted to BOOKINGDOCTORS™. This data is should be strictly understood as the data that the Patient has actively, purposefully, consciously and deliberately provided when accessing to and using services of BOOKINGDOCTORS™. The portability rights do not apply on data that were processed on another basis than consent or the execution of separate agreements.
