Tooth grinding is a disease that is seen quite
frequently in civilized societies (reaching 80-90% in
our society). Occupational
deformity sometimes becomes a habit, sometimes with familial transition. Bruxism patients, in whom stress plays a
major role in their lives, expose the teeth to the constant biting function,
chewing and grinding forces. These forces can turn into a muscle habit
over time. It can cause narrowing of the joint space, headache, neck
and back pain along with damage to the teeth, neck shortening, mineral
loss in enamel, mobility (shaking) . The
