Medical Oncology Department of Bayındır Hospital
accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI); It follows current
developments in cancer diagnosis and treatment and applies up-to-date treatment methods.
Cancer diagnosis and treatment of our patients are planned by “tumor
councils” where experts in all relevant medical departments come
together. In the next stage, based on scientific data, the most up-to-date
chemotherapy, immunological (strengthening the immune system) therapy,
biological therapy, hormone therapy and other targeted therapy applications are
performed by experienced oncology nurses. High-dose therapy and bone
marrow transplantation can also be performed in appropriate indications.
In our Medical Oncology Department; While the oncological treatment of our
patient is continuing, psychological evaluation, enteral-parenteral nutrition
support, pain treatment, blood bank and neutropenic patient care services are
tried to provide the most appropriate support to the patients’ physical,
psychological and social problems.
In the Department of Medical Oncology, we have agreements with almost all
private insurance and banks, especially SGK, İşbank and Parliament.
