Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial
Surgery

Introduction

Surgical management of impacted wisdom teeth,
resection of root tips, surgical correction of maxillofacial dislocations and
fractures as well as surgical operations such as cyst and tumor operations are
carried out at Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgery Department.

Operations are carried out under general
anesthesia, if required, at general anesthesia rooms, which are present in all
Acıbadem Hospitals.

Cosmetic restoration procedures, restoration
of teeth color, whitening and lamina veneer restorations are also performed at
our department. Our department also deals with obstructed canals that involve
root canal systems, broken canal tools, treatment of severely inflamed teeth,
root fractures and retrograde fillers.
