Types of contact lenses:

Gas permeable rigid lenses: allow oxygen to pass through
but they are rigid contact lenses which makes them the best solution dealing
with corneal irregularities such as keratoconus and astigmatism. İt usually
take some time for your eyes to adjust wearing them since they are not soft,
however, after the initial adaptation period they are just as comfortable.

eye. Front and back of the contact lens is evaluated for the physiology of the eye; the former is the
one correcting the vision and the latter is worn on the surface of cornea by
refracting and focusing light. It is crucial to find the right parameters of
your lens for they come in many combinations of curvature and diameter. The
size of your contacts, so to speak, should be selected accordingly.
