Activities during sleep (brain waves, muscle movements and eye movements, mouth
and nose breathing, snoring, heart rate and rhythm, leg movements) are recorded
by attaching small golden discs called electrodes to the head and
skin. These electrodes are only adhered without any sticking or
pain. There is no electrical contact with the patient. Elastic bands
are placed around the chest and abdomen to measure respiratory

the next room.
