The Emergency Service Unit is a unit that provides timely
and complete medical intervention for emergency patients who apply to the
hospital, and provides uninterrupted 24-hour emergency services at the same
quality.

All support departments such as laboratory, x-ray,
tomography, and MR, which ensure the efficient operation of the unit, work 24
hours a day, and each unit is in our hospital to provide uninterrupted service
with experienced and talented medical staff.

Our hospital physicians, nurses and other healthcare
professionals are progressively trained and experienced in dealing with
critically ill patients, injury cases, as well as patients with simpler health
problems. Patients admitted to our emergency services are listed by
healthcare professionals who are experts in their field according to the
importance of their condition, and physicians make medical interventions to the
patients with the highest priority according to this order.

Interventions in Our Emergency Unit

First Aid, Respiratory System and Artificial Respiration,
Circulatory System and Cardiac Massage, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR),
Bleeding and Bleeding Control, Shock, Injuries, Organ Rupture (Amputation),
Fracture-Dislocation-Sprain, Burns, Exposure to Heat and Cold , Poisoning, Special
Situations and Diseases Requiring First Aid, Infectious Diseases and Prevention
Ways, etc.

Our patients evaluated by Emergency Physician Orthopedics,
Plastic Surgery, Hand and Micro surgery, Vascular Surgery, Interventional
Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Neurosurgery (Brain, Spinal Cord and
Nerve Surgery), Neurology, Urology, Ear-Nose-Throat, Eye Diseases, Pediatric
Surgery, It is directed to physicians in the fields of Skin Diseases,
Gastroenterology and Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Diseases. These teams
are in the hospital prepared for any emergency.

In Vera Hospital, unlike many hospitals, it is possible to
perform MR imaging, Spiral CT and Doppler Ultrasonography with the
interpretation of an expert radiologist for 24 hours. The ability to perform
such advanced examinations, even at night, brings great convenience to the
emergency physician in early diagnosis and provides a life-saving feature for
patients.

In accordance with the high nursing standards of our
hospital, we have experienced nurses, each of whom has been trained in repeated
CPR and ACLS (cardiopulmonary resuscitation and advanced cardiac life support).

In all branches, we would like to provide consultancy on the
phone for 24 hours, and we would like to remind you that considering the
limitations of the patient information that can be received by phone, our
principle of not recommending treatment over the phone and that such treatment
recommendations pose the risk of delaying the disease.

Our service consists of a total of 15 beds and our surgical
intervention, emergency intensive intervention, pediatric, gynecology and
obstetrics and observation rooms are individually designed and equipped in
order to provide a more specialized service.

The number of our observation rooms has been kept high in
order to follow the patient for a long time and to repeat the examinations. As
a result of the examinations and evaluations that will be completed in about 1
hour, our emergency department specialist, if necessary, your approval for the
further examination or the on-duty branch physician consultation is obtained. The
purpose of each examination and treatment is explained to the patient in detail
before it is done.

We apologize in advance for not being able to provide
information to our other attendants, since making a statement to third parties,
other than a statement to be made to the patient and a companion, if it deems
appropriate, will violate the principle of “respect for privacy”
between the patient physician.

Our patients who apply to our emergency clinic may also
request a second opinion for any examination and intervention suggestion to be
made.
