We provide professional support in Personalized IVF treatment.
Basically, in the treatment of in vitro fertilization consisting of three stages;
Stimulation and enlargement of the ovaries
Collecting the eggs and combining them with the sperm of the male to follow the development of the
embryos
Transfer of embryos into the uterus.
The treatment protocols and stages chosen while applying these procedures
differ according to the characteristics of our patients. For example,
there are differences in the approach to patients who have good ovarian reserve
and who may have more eggs and patients with low reserve. In patients with
high reserves, we primarily apply needle therapy. We create more embryos
by getting more eggs. We aim to increase the chances of the patient by
selecting the most qualified embryos among those embryos. There are some
of our patients, although their age is young, there are not many eggs in their
ovaries. We do not apply needle therapy to such patients or we apply it
minimally; Because we know that in our patients with few eggs, high dose
injection treatment can make the eggs more unhealthy.
We may not always get good quality embryos from all of our
patients. Sometimes non-fertilization and sometimes embryo quality may not
be very good. When we encounter such situations, if possible, we can make
changes in the techniques used in our laboratory according to the patient’s
condition. As good listeners, if the couples have had negative experiences
before, we support the treatment with methods that help fertilization in the
laboratory by combining our own experiences in the light of the information we
receive.
We definitely postpone the transfer in our patients who do not reach the
thickness of the embryo with a thin inner membrane of the uterus. We
follow the developments by applying current treatments for thickening of the
inner lining of the uterus. On what day the embryo transfer will be
done; embryo development is decided by taking into account the thickness
of the uterine lining and hormone levels. On the day of transfer, if the
intrauterine thickness is not sufficient for pregnancy and the progesterone
hormone exceeds the determined values, placing the embryo in the uterus
decreases the chance of success. In such a case, we do not transfer the
embryos formed, but freeze them and plan their transfer at the appropriate
time.
There are two basic facts that should be known about the use of up-to-date
technologies in IVF: First, the necessity of using technology to identify and
solve the personal and existing problems in the success of the treatment, and
the second, since a significant part of the newly introduced technologies to
the patients are made available to clinical use before the necessary scientific
studies are completed. The fact is that it does not provide any meaningful
success.
