EEG (Electro Encephalo Graph)

EEG, which is performed by writing the electrical activity of the brain on paper, is an examination used in diseases in which brain waves show changes, especially epilepsy. The purpose of EEG is to support the diagnosis, to classify it, to investigate whether there is a brain lesion and to monitor epilepsy patients. In cases such as loss of consciousness and fainting, the differential diagnosis of epilepsy, inflammatory diseases of the brain, some psychiatric evaluations, and EEG is requested in some rare brain diseases.

EMG (Electromyography)

It is a neurological examination method based on the examination of the electrical potential of nerve and striated muscles. It is applied to patients with pre-diagnosis such as carpal tunnel syndrome and other entrapment neuropathies, lumbar and neck hernias, muscle diseases, motor neuron disease, neuropathies, nerve damage.
