physicians hear. Treating a headache doesn’t just mean alleviating the
patient’s suffering. The physician should use all his means to reveal the
underlying cause of the headache and draw a treatment plan accordingly. Because
headache, which can occur due to a wide variety of ailments, may have serious
causes and / or complications that primarily concern neurology.
The fight against headaches begins with identifying the characteristics of the pain. The
physician sometimes asks such detailed and insistent questions that the patient
can often get bored with it. Saying ‘I have a headache’ for patients
summarizes the event in all aspects. However, this is not the case for the
physician, and it should not be. What part of your head hurts the most? Is
it one sided? Is it prominent in the front or the back? Does it
