Meno bleeding means pause cessation. Menopause is
the name given to the last menstrual bleeding. There is a pre-menopausal
period and a post-menopausal period.
The age of entering menopause in our country ranges from
46 to 51. The pre-menopausal period starts from the 40s.
There are three types of menopause:
1. Natural menopause, a woman entering menopause naturally.
2.Surgical menopause, for any reason, regardless of age,
even if the uterus stops, the woman whose ovary is removed goes into menopause
3.Premature menopause, entering menopause before the age
of 40
Menopause is a physiological event, that is, it is a
natural process, not a disease.
The first symptoms of menopause are hot flashes, sudden
sweating, irritability, irritability, insomnia and forgetfulness. After
that, late symptoms begin. Among these symptoms, skin disorders and the
most serious one is the risk of infarction with a heart attack. The risk
of developing osteoporosis, an insidious disease that occurs with loss of bone
density, increases in this period. The biggest negativity is the fractures
that often occur as hip fractures.
If your normal menstrual cycle continues, you will not have menopausal
symptoms. However, if there is an irregularity in menstruation, it should
be investigated whether there is a risk of early menopause. For this, a
simple hormone test taken from the blood will be informative.
A gynecological examination, smear test, and
mammography are performed on a woman entering
menopause . Apart from this, blood tests and bone
density measurements should be made and these should be repeated
periodically. Thus, diseases that may occur can be diagnosed
early. For a comfortable and healthy menopause, women should pay
particular attention to these.
In some cases, according to the needs of the person, if
the doctor deems appropriate, hormone therapy is started.
There are two forms of hormone replacement therapy, which
is defined as estrogen replacement therapy that stops making during menopause:
1. Not to see menstruation
2. Not to see menstruation
Hormone replacement therapy is performed orally, in the
form of adhesion to the skin, with creams applied to the skin, spraying through
the nose, ovules placed in the vagina or intrauterine devices containing progesterone
hormone.
The most important goal of treatment is to increase the quality of life of the
person.
