perform important tasks in heating, humidifying and filtering the air. Such
that, at fifty degrees, when a dusty, dry air passes through the nose and
reaches our throat, it is heated to 36-37 degrees, moistened at the desired
rate (45-55 percent) of the body and filtered from its dust. In other
words, it reaches the quality desired by the lungs. We wouldn’t be
exaggerating if we say that the most perfect air filter in the world is the

In order for the nose to perform its functions, it must be healthy. In
other words, approximately equal pressure and amount of air should be able to
pass through both holes. The tissue covering the inside of the nose

cartilage, it is related, so the drug has no place in the treatment. If
absolutely necessary, it is operated. Preoperative evaluation should be
done carefully. If sinusitis is present together, it should be treated
with this drug. The end of this treatment should be waited, if it does not
improve, the problem should be solved in a single session with combined
surgery. If there is no compelling reason for the operation, the end of 18
years should be waited for ossification to be completed. Surgery can be
performed under local and general anesthesia. The bone or cartilage that
