Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Unit

The Department of Physical Therapy aims to provide up-to-date,
ethical and international standards of service to outpatient or inpatient
patients with physical therapy and / or rehabilitation indications.

In our physical therapy and rehabilitation department,
which consists of our physiotherapy rooms and exercise rooms, we provide
services to outpatient, service and intensive care patients with our
experienced expert team.

The aim of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation is to
improve the quality of life of patients in cases where the functions of various
parts of the body are lost or threatened due to various diseases or injuries.

Basically, modern rehabilitation techniques are applied
to increase the independent movement potential of our patients, to relieve
their pain and to gain maximum mobility.

In the Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Departments,
services are provided within the scope of orthopedic rehabilitation, such as
rehabilitation of sports injuries, rehabilitation after muscle, tendon and
nerve injuries, post-fracture rehabilitation, rehabilitation after meniscus
surgery, rehabilitation of patients who have undergone prosthesis surgery.

Within the scope of rehabilitation treatment of muscular
diseases, physiotherapy protocols are performed in areas such as prevention of
joint problems or opening joint restrictions, treatment of back and neck pain,
rehabilitation of rheumatic diseases.

In the field of neurological rehabilitation, physical
therapy and rehabilitation, complete or partial paralysis, cerebral palsy
rehabilitation, rehabilitation of patients with spinal cord injuries are provided.

Successful results are obtained with different techniques
in the treatment of lymph edema in the arm and lower extremities, especially
after breast cancer surgery.

Physical therapy and rehabilitation are used in the
treatment of torticollis in postpartum brachial plexus injuries.

Rehabilitation of osteoporosis and degenerative joint
diseases, spinal curvature (Scoliosis) treatment, respiratory rehabilitation,
rehabilitation after microsurgical operations for hand injuries, physical
therapy and rehabilitation services with dry needle therapy.
