In the Gynecology and Obstetrics unit of our hospital, from adolescence to menopause, women of all ages, from general gynecological routine checks, contraception, follow-up of risky and normal pregnancies, assisted reproductive techniques, menopause and osteoporosis, gynecological cancers and various preventive medicine practices. The diagnosis and treatment of health problems are carried out successfully. Many operations, including uterine surgeries, are performed surgically / laparoscopically.

Risk pregnancy monitoring

By identifying the situations that pose a risk to the health of the mother and the baby on time, we help the pregnancy to go as healthy and smooth as possible, while raising the awareness of the expectant mothers in high-risk pregnancies, they are followed up during the pregnancy process. Our hospital supports the mother and baby to complete this process in a healthy way.

Birth

Our hospital offers the comfort that will enable expectant mothers to feel in a peaceful and reliable environment while approaching that magnificent moment that has been long-awaited for 9 months. In the department, the first examination at the beginning of the birth and the findings determined in the prenatal period, the method of delivery is decided. In the Women’s Health Department, services are provided on normal (vaginal) birth, cesarean section (with general anesthesia), delivery with epidural anesthesia, spinal anesthesia and delivery methods. “The Department of Women’s Health aims to achieve high pregnancy and live birth rates in the light of new developments.”

Menopause

The period when the menstrual cycle ends in women is called menopause. Numerous changes occur in the body during this period. In the first years of menopause, complaints such as flushing, sweating, insomnia, nervousness, fatigue are observed, and in the long term, osteoporosis, abdominal fat, urinary incontinence, predisposition to heart diseases, prepares the ground for diseases with more serious consequences. For this reason, the menopause period should be handled seriously and protective measures should be provided with regular controls. In the menopause outpatient clinic of our hospital, women in the menopause stage are meticulously evaluated and their smears and mammographies are completed, the risk of osteoporosis is evaluated with the DEXA method, and the support of a dietician helps to prevent metabolism and abdominal fat and weight gain,

Cosmetic gynecology

In women, the genital lips can be in many different shapes and structures from person to person, but in some women, the inner lips (Labia Minora) may be much longer or asymmetrical than they should be. Again, over the years, the genital lips, especially the outer lip (Labia Majora) may lose their volume and become saggy and irregular. Especially young women complain about the asymmetrical appearance of the vaginal lips, while women in the menopausal stage are unhappy due to the sagging and voluminous appearance. The appearance is aesthetically uncomfortable for the woman, and sometimes it causes discomfort when wearing tight underwear, swimwear, bikini and trousers, and in some sporting events. Labiaplasty operation is desired by removing the sagging, asymmetrical or excessively long outer genital area lips with appropriate surgical techniques, 

Especially birth, age, menopause, diseases with chronic cough, continuous heavy lifting cause enlargement and sagging of the vaginal tissue. With the sagging of the vaginal tissue, the reduced pelvic floor support causes the urinary bladder (bladder) to sag. As a result, coughing, straining starts to leak urine. (urinary incontinence) Since the patient has difficulty holding urine, his social and sexual life is also affected. Angioplasty (Paraneoplastic) is the process of correcting the sagging vaginal tissue with appropriate surgical techniques and at the same time removing the existing complaints by lifting the bladder.

In addition to all kinds of surgical operations related to cosmetic / aesthetic correction of female genital organs, laser genital rejuvenation, needle-free monotherapy and genital area darkening treatments and genital filling applications are performed in our hospital.
