Duodenoscopy

Duodenoscopy is the process of entering the mouth through the esophagus to the stomach and from there to the
small intestine and examining the initial part of the small intestine. From
here, again, diagnostic biopsies can be taken and small intestine tissue is
displayed against possible diseases of the small intestine. It is usually
performed with a device called a duodenoscopy, which has a camera at the end.

There is another instrument called the duodenoscopy, whose viewing angle is different from the gastroscopy. But; The
duodenoscopy is generally used in ERCP applications.
