Healthy Nutrition and Diet

Dietician interviews with regard to healthy eating and diet begin with an “Information Meeting”. In this
meeting; General information about the system, principles and application is presented.

Detailed life histories, routine tests, nutritional
characteristics, blood tests and body analyzes of our clients are
evaluated. Many issues are covered, such as their health history, food
consumption, medication or nutritional supplements, lifestyles, psychological
conditions, likes and dislikes. In addition, they may be asked to have
some additional tests, if deemed necessary, at this meeting.

In the light of this information, in the last part of the
information interview, the nutrition program to be applied in the first week is
explained to our clients.

The content of the diet is prepared in accordance with
the physiological and psychological health status of the person, the calculated
calories, physical activity, socio-economic status, healthy, adequate and
balanced nutrition. With regular interviews, it is aimed that our clients
reach the desired weight and health status by evaluating whether they can apply
the diet program.
