Private Otağtepe Medical Center Child Health and Diseases Unit

It has been organized to provide examination, treatment
and preventive health services for children and young people between the ages
of 0-16. Starting from birth, all childhood diseases are examined, tested
and treated by experienced pediatricians and physicians specialized in
sub-branches.

From the birth of our children, all the necessary
follow-ups and treatments when necessary can be done both in outpatient clinics
and in our contracted hospitals. In emergency medical situations, our
emergency services in all our units are equipped with personnel and equipment
to provide adequate intervention to our children.

One of the most important goals of the department is not
to forget the importance of breastfeeding in the development of the
baby.Therefore, while all our nurses and physicians are trying to feed all our
babies with only breast milk for the first 6 months, support is also received
from the gynecology and obstetrics department. Phenylketonuria and
hypothyroidism are screened by drawing blood from the heel.
