Mulligan Concepti: It is a mobilization method aiming to move without pain
by placing the joint and positioning on the bone. There are no sudden and
frightening maneuvers as in classical manipulation. It is performed with the
participation of the patient and it is tried to provide painless position and
movement. Its effect is very high especially in shoulder and neck diseases.
