In the Nutrition and Dietetics service of our
hospital; In the first interview, which lasts about 20 minutes, your body
fat, muscle, water ratio, metabolic rate and ideal weight are determined.
Following the detailed presentation on nutrition, a
special nutrition program is prepared for you in line with your current blood
analysis results. Then, at 1 – 2 week intervals, the follow-up phase is
started, which lasts an average of 45 minutes. In each interview,
information and training materials on a different subject on nutrition are provided.
