Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Our Physical Therapy
and Rehabilitation unit serving within Lifemed Medical Center; It serves
with specialist physicians, physiotherapists, technicians and masseurs.

It is administered to patients diagnosed as a result of
Physical Therapy, examination and tests, with the prescription of a FTR
specialist.

Applications are usually done in 15 sessions, 5-6
sessions per week are applied. Each session takes approximately 1 hour.

Since the treatments are applied to the skin, clothes that can be worn and
taken off comfortably and that do not sweat should be preferred. It will be
appropriate to rest for 15-20 minutes after physical therapy.

There may be a slight increase in pain during the first sessions of physical
therapy applications, please consult your doctor. You should continue the
exercises shown during the treatment, also after FTR applications.

Low back pain (Lumbar hernias, arthritis, waist strains,
inflammatory spine rheumatism)

Back pain (Osteoporosis, fibromyalgia, etc.)

Neck pains (Neck hernias, arthritis, neck strains)

Shoulder pain (impingement syndromes, frozen shoulder, etc.)

Degenerative joint diseases (Calcification of knee, hip and other joints)

Soft tissue rheumatism, fibromyalgia and calcification of other joints)

Inflammatory rheumatic diseases (Rheumatoid arthritis,
ankylosing spondylitis follow-up and rehabilitation

Rehabilitation before and after orthopedic surgeries

Sports injuries

Rehabilitation of Neurological Diseases

Hemiplegia (half paralysis)

Paraplegia (spinal cord paralysis)

Facial paralysis

Nerve impingement syndromes

Other neurological diseases (Parkinson, Multiple sclerosis…) are rehabilitated.
