Dermatherapy and dermarolls

In the dermatherapy process, micro channels are opened on
the skin with a medical device called dermaroller, which has titanium needles
on a rotating cylinder. When the dermaroller is applied to the skin, micro
needles on the roller open micro channels in the skin. These micro
channels can be thought of as small passageways under the skin. Thanks to
this application, approximately 250 to 400 micro channels are opened in an area
of ​​1 cm2.

thanks to the skin’s own elasticity.
